Wow!!!! Lots of information...What I read is definitely true. I must pace myself because there is tons of information being shared and if you don't pace yourself you can become

It can feel like a lot of information overload especially when your first start but best to just do one lesson at a time until you thoroughly understand it even if you need to ask questions at the end of the lesson, to the community, or in chat.
Then move on to the next one and pace yourself. Focus on the core training first rather than all the other bits of training available elsewhere do that in your spare time.
