We have been busy writing new content for our website these last weeks since my last blog here at Wealthy Affiliate.
We have been busy writing new content for the website on the new strategy, money blogs and tutorials posts.
It looks like its working, some days are better than others, when we see the daily traffic to our website.
Try New Things To Help Your Website To Grow
As we keep ourselves busy creating new content for our website, we had our weekly meeting (my husband and I) so we could talk about the next step to work on it.
It was not hard for us to decide our website is ready for the next step.
Running Our First Pinterest Ads Campaign!
We both agree its time to take the next step and run our first ads campaign on Pinterest.
We both watched again Jay's webinars about Pinterest and Pinterest ads. It helped us to get everything we needed fresh.
Let's Do It.
One afternoon, we both sat in front of my laptop, and we follow every step Jay said on the webinar.
- Find a Pin that is performing well
- Create an ads campaign
- Set up the amount of money you want to spend, (go low first) and set up how long the campaign will run (10 days)
After some clicks here and there on Pinterest.
Everything worked well!
Some good results from the first Pinterest Campaign.
It took 24 hours as Jay said for Pinterest to review our Pin and to approve it.
We are happy to say, we took our risk to go for a review and it was approved.
After two days, the results are these:
Impressions (time that our Pin is shown to people on Pinterest): 2.2 K
Outbound (how many people visited our website) 19
Saved (how many times our pin was saved) 1
What We Can Expect From Our First Pinterest Ads Campaign
- Our Pinterest account and our website get more known by people in our niche
- Get more traffic to our website
- Get some affiliate sales.
Helping an online business is a work of daily and weekly tasks.
We are happy so far with the results, and we will keep working on it.

Writing content is major but without some kind of plan to give that content exposure, the site might not do well.
I agree with you, any website needs to get known by its audience and without a small help, many will never get to know your website, so we decide to go for it.
