Hello everyone!
It's been a long time since my last post here, so today I'm taking the time to share an update of my work during the last weeks.
Everything works great, when you focus on the work to do!
I've been busy most of the days creating content for my websites, and I'm happy to share that I see the good results.
A few weeks ago I decided to take a look on why my websites did do as good as they should be doing.
Back to some of Jay's training here and voila!
When I was a newbie at Wealthy Affiliate, little I knew about what is Affiliate Links and how to write a post for my website, so I started to follow the training here, and I wrote some posts.
Two or three years later, I can see the difference on the performance of post I write today and when I just started.
Wondering why, I took the time to pick one site to do some experiments on it.
- If I destroy this website, well, it won't hurt! - I thought.
By the way, I didn't destroy this website and it's working much better today!
So I decided to focus on one site to find out what I did bad on it all this time, I start to study this website on:
- Keywords
- SEO
- Writing
- Links
- And everything we all learn here.
Then I decided to read those post once more to find out why people were not interested to read them.
- Ha ha ha, there's little or nothing for my client here!!
At this moment, I decided not to write any more post and take the time to work to get everything on each post.
(When you take a website with over 100 posts on it, this job will take you not one day but many days)
- I must say here - I haven't finished this work, yet!
But I can see some good results already from it!
The website rankings are getting better.
This website is getting more visits.
I started to write more content for this website again, but with everything that should be on it on my mind.
- To whom I'm writing: my client, and they are people with problems and with needs
- One keyword per post - Kyle and Jay's training, and it works better this way
- Each post should have a purpose not many, one CTA only!
One surprising thing I discover.
Not all the post need to have over 1000, 2000 or 3000 words.
Each post is unique and they need to have the words count as each post needs to help my client!
If a post is good and I can provide great information to my client with 300 words, the post will be a hit!
So, here's what I've been working on lately, writing from 2 to 4 post weekly and checking keywords and old posts all the time.
I'm sorry I have not been here as much as I would wish but, I want my online business to start working as a real good business!
I'll be back here with more, hope this blog gives you some information about what to do to improve some old posts on your website!

Good Morning Alejandra,
I also think it is a good idea to revise older posts. As we continually learn one realizes that older posts might be missing this or that. Some fine-tuning over time can do wonders.

Yes we sometimes forget the ..... the person on the other side of our website or blog or ad or whatever ... is a real person..
Very good post is not important the number of words but the quality of your content, which is attractive and magnetic. This pays very well!
