Time management
So many people followed me yesterday here on wa and left a greeting that I feel humble. I wanted to say thanks this way. Thanks a lot.
Currently, I've to decide what to do next to get my work done in one day. I learned once something about time management and how to make decisions. First task I do in the morning is to check my mail box and ask myself, is it urgent, is it important, is it urgent and important or is it neither the one nor the other?
If something is more important and urgent than everything else, than I do this first. Everything that is neither urgent nor important is done as last or it finds its way into the waste basket. There is no other chance to manage a time schedule effectively.

great blog, was my first day yesterday and like you i had so many people follow me, this was fantastic and much appreciated, but by the end of the day i was more worried about how to manage my time and prioritize my tasks to do my training, which is the most important task.

You are right. Managing your time effectively is extremely important. I was trained in time management the same as you were. But I initially allowed myself to be overwhelmed trying to the unimportant. So I, in just the last 3 days, put myself back in control. Thanks for the timely post. I am sure it will help others.

It can get very overwhelming with all the interaction, training and working so time management is the best way, hope it is all going well wish you every success
