I Started My Internet Journey (Roller Coaster Ride) Two Whole Years Ago
How Quickly Time Flies In The World Of The Internet
I can´t believe that it was two years ago when I started my internet journey. I had just finished a very unsatisfying job in the Middle East. I thought how great it would be to be able to earn money myself from home, without being reliant on an employer, that was the start of the search for the Holy Grail. Affiliate Marketing seems to be the easiest and most suitable way of starting from scratch without big investment, and low risk.
What I find these days is that I fit my internet business around my time availability outside work. I was hoping to be self reliant by now, but it didn´t quite work out that way, yet.
I am still hopeful that I will be able to get a successful online business up and running and generating income sometime soon.
Fortunately I found WA only a few months into my journey online, so didnt waste too much time and money before I found the right path for success.
I feel that I am in the right place at Wealthy Affiliate, and there are so many great and successful people here who are prepared to share their success methods and give free training and tips to others further down the line. I admire those who spend their time training and advising people who are not as advanced as they are, because by donating their time, they are giving something which they could use for their own purposes and furthering their own success. Their time has got to be their most precious resource, as once it is spent it cant be regained.
I just researched about 10 of the top WA affiliates here with a view to using them as exmaples of why and how the WA training works, and the possible success results if you apply the training diligently.
Have a great weekend, everyone!
Alan

Good afternoon Alan,
Happy to hear you like your journey and I do too. I started in January of 2017. It has changed my life and I plan to stay quite some more years.
Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske
Hello Alan,
Thanks for your post. You are right how amazing WA is as a platform and those members who are further along then we are that share their knowledge for the betterment of everyone. It is one of the reasons why I LOVE WA.
This is a journey, not a race. We will get there if we keep at it and apply what has been taught.
Proud papa of two,
Jody
Wonderful, Alan!
I was just thinking, as I was reading blogs and comments...
WA raises the bar in so many ways!
I'm most impressed and enjoying, proper, grammar usage, and attention to communication skills!! Starved, folks, since I'm away from that community, of teachers!!
I, feel, I'm back with challenging co-workers, and uplifting friends!
Best, Success, Alan!
