Hi - not only should you have cancelled your payment through your account settings here, but also your recurring subscription in your PayPal account.

just so you know, pretty much everything is available on-line on this platform for you to access, including all your WA accounts.
simply go to your WA profile > Account Settings > Subscription settings > billing - membership - payment source ... and amend, change as you need ...

I figured they were for technical support but I've seen a few people contact site support for the same issue. I don't know what they did to help but the issue was always resolved. That's why I pointed him toward them ☺️

I need my refund to my credit card used for the billing to this account on June 20, 2020 which you're not suppose to charge me anymore since I cancelled it before the billing date through your billing phone number appearing on my credit card statement. Thank you for the cancellation.
Hi - you need to cancel your membership yourself through your account settings. Click on your profile photo then go to account settings and membership. Click cancel billing. I am not sure who you rang, but it is not possible to cancel over the phone.
