Site Health - Publishing Frequency
To access Site Health, we go to Websites> Site Manager> and look out for a bar towards the top right corner. Click on View Details.
There will be percentages indicated for Publishing Frequency, Content Quality & Variety, Visitor Engagement (Comments), Your Engagement, Plugins, Site Trust, Google Ranked and Website Feedback.
In my early days of building my website, I will be concentrating on Publishing Frequency due to the main reason that my website will always be offering visitors regular keyword rich and quality content. A goal to publish three times a week should be realist.
It is also known that search engines “spider” sites more often if they release content on a regular basis.
Good publishing frequency should bring about increased visitors’ comments and also my own personal engagement. The end result is a boost in my google rankings.
I believe this is a good strategy.

is this with a full time job When i get home of a night im too tired to turn on my machine let alone pump out three blogs a week its a good effort
It is really hard to keep up with 3 post a week with a full time job. When the opportunity comes and are in a writing mood, it is a lovely target.
I find in the morning, driving to work, its all i can think about. Ideas for blog posts.. I think i should wrte down those ideas, cause when i get home, im tired, and those ideas fly out the window.
I have read on this platform how some members read their ideas to their phones. Siri is for Apple and Lyra Virtual is for Android.
