As per title above, I provide here the screenshot of information once an advertiser receive our application to be a publisher under RAKUTEN platform. It is the step we must take after becoming Rakuten affiliate. Bare in mind, we must select the advertiser based on our website chosen niche and category registered under RAKUTEN.
Advertiser will contact us through the platform in return to present an offer that include perks of percentage publisher will receive where we have to click the call-to-action button "Accept" (there is also "Decline" button if you decided against the offer).

You are right, my friend. Co-incidently, the website that I submit under Rakuten is a travel niche that already completed but lack of link building, anticipation etc. A few months back, I decided to get back on the field solely doing research and finding.
During this moment when I find good sites, I will subscribe. While my early work in 2016 that saw I become a submitter to many digital product developers and advertisers that saw I take up many product trials option. My intention is to observe, learn, and try to unlock their method and secret.
But towards the end of last year, their approach start to be different. I "go back to the school" for a while since the start of this year and work my sources and improving offline. Bit by bit opportunity like the above stuff coming my way. The only thing I must accomplish now is setting my other sites better and then link building to them directly.
