i need to fix this issues "There has been a critical error on this website" but i dont have access to the cpanel. how do i fix it?

To access Site Support:
> Click Websites Tab at the top left side of homepage
> Click Site Manager
> All the way to the left is Site Support Tab.
> Fill our your ticket
< Send it in.

ask support to fix it - you have managed hosting here - you don't get access to a cpanel...
click on help at the top and select site support and open a ticket...
they will get it sorted shortly
they will send you a pm - and you should get notified with an email...
no need to shout at me - you didn't say that you had done it..so how was i to know...
there is a little carat in the top right corner of the replies and you can edit your replies through that if necessary....
no worries....
with the websites - yes i have - normally incompatibility of a plugin with wordpress or another plugin...
support will sort out which one and deactivate it so you can deal with it ...
either update for compatibility or delete as no longer compatible with current wordpress
can be the same with themes...
this is the reason there are updates....

You can add the link using the paper clip symbol while in editing your article.
