One of my domain was hosted by Hostgator but now I want to move it to WA. I have already changed the name servers but it is still not working.
You can't move your domain name here, but you can have it hosted here by changing the DNS to WA DNS.

If you have already done everything suggested to you within the training, I would try contacting Site Support for anything technical. Or perhaps you need to contact someone at Host Gator.

As a premium member what training should I start from? Get started level 1 or level 2 or directly to Affiliate Bootcamp since I would like to promote WA, my first niche being m
I asked the same questions a few days ago when i joined premium. i wanted my first website to promote wa as well. My instructions were to go to bootcamp since it would include all the same training that you would get in the getting started. I believe the order of lessons might be different though. good luck with the training. They share awesome information.
