what is a sub-domain name
It's information contained in a sub-folder of a website's main files and takes the form subdomain.maindomain.com It can contain a sub-set of the main domain's information or can appear as a completely separate site. All siterubix websites are built on sub-domains of siterubix.com.
A subdomain is a prefix added to a domain name to create a separate section of a website for example
Blog: blog.[domainname].com
Shop: shop.[domainname].com

Tried to publish my content, yet there is an issue!
Which template?
Are you editing the site content and trying to publish it to your WordPress?
Sometimes you need to select your domain from the list and tap twice on the screen before you can select the other bits to be able to publish.

Hi Phil, I wrote a new post using the template. Saved the content and went to publish it. Then the message came up, 'there is an unexpected issue fetching the users wordpress'. What should i do?
Presumably you're using Site Content? If so, you need to refer this issue to Site Support. Click on Help in the WA menu, select your website and give them the message.

Check your network connectivity and ensure that your website server is online.
Disable any plugins or themes that may be causing conflicts with your WordPress site.
Clear your browser cache and cookies and try reaccessing the site.
Check the WordPress logs to see if any errors are being reported.
Try accessing your WordPress site from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

Do you have Google analytics installed?
You can see where your visitors to your site come from there.
You can find the Locations report under Demographics in the Audience section. Google Analytics determines locations from a visitor's IP addresses and where internet service providers assign those ranges.
