Very Happy with this Success
With this details I am very proud to share it with you for I consider it a success in my website development. This comes from Adsense payment report.
I just wonder if you can help me understand how the payment from Adsense is done. Is the monthly earnings cumulative or not?
If you notice in the first month, that is June 1-30, my earning is $2.22, July 1-31 is $2.34, and August 1-30 is $2.34. But the statement below the bar says "You've reached 2% of your payment threshold", meaning that $2.34 only. I should have accrued $6.96 for three months and that would be 6%.
What do you think about this? Just be honest to tell me if this is not a success.
Nevertheless, that earning speaks of traffic value and not of commission from affiliate products. It only tell me that when I regularly add content to be indexed by Search Engines it will be an additional keywords being searched by my audience.
It inspires me to really work for my own site and that gives me the impression too that having an authority site is a long way to go. However, I would really congratulate myself because I am on the right track.
So I have to work and work for the success waiting to be harvested.

It's worth bearing in mind that you can often earn more if you place ads within the body copy of your content, as they should turn contextual and be relevant to what your visitor is reading.
You can use a plugin like Ad Inserter https://wordpress.org/plugins/ad-inserter/ to achieve this.
