So I have built out my niche before getting indexed by Google. Now I am indexed but want to completely change direction with my niche. How does everyone feel about it? I want t

I agree with the previous comments. As long as your niche and the website relate you are fine.

Hi Aaron,

I had the same question with my first website and as Dj66 says below, it seems that both your ideas are along the same topic, so I wouldn't worry about that. You could for example have a section on your website reserved to knives, another chefs' tools reviews/comparisons, etc.

It’s your website so you can do whatever you like with it. Better to swap with to a topic you are excited about than plod on with something you are just going through the motions with

Can you give us an idea of what your niche was and what you want to change it to?

Sure thing. As a chef it was to be about a high end knife and showing others the benefits of buying it.
Now that I have done some writing I would like to change it to more of comparing products ala a battle between chefs tools and who I would prefer to use

It sounds like both of those ideas could all be on the same website.

Ya thanks. I might be over thinking it. Getting stumped on the research and key words. But I will plug away and see where it leads me.
