Get yourself a planner
Jumping from one chaotic day to another was getting old for me really fast. I can't believe how much time I wasted in a day. Every evening, I’d wonder where the hours went. It felt like I was stuck on a hamster wheel, nonstop moving but going nowhere.
Deciding to get myself a planner was a game-changer. It was as if I’d been handed a roadmap when I was lost in the dark. Suddenly, each day had a clear direction. Planners have this magic way of making the overwhelming seem manageable. My productivity shot up because I started knowing exactly what needed to be tackled each day.
Ever found yourself procrastinating, scrolling endlessly on social media, or doing everything but the task at hand? A planner helps crush those habits. It gives you a sense of accountability. Seeing tasks mapped out in bright ink jolts you into action—like the buddy you need to keep you on track.
Picking a planner is about finding one that feels right. Whether it's bold, colorful layouts, or sleek minimalist designs, it’s gotta resonate with you. And trust me, making it a part of your routine is key. You've got to make the planner your sidekick, not just another box to check.
I’m still working on making my planner a daily habit and I keep it in eye sight so it’s never far from me. I check off the boxes as each task is done and feel accomplished at the end of the day and have noticed I’m actually able to add more tasks to my days. Hopefully with this little book I’m able to accomplish goals faster and be more productive than before 🧡

I started a weekly planner. Its working for now. May have to get me a white board but since I'm on the road, a small planner will do. As long as you can keep updating it as you go along, it works.
Great info Letina! I don't have a planner as such, but... I do like to give myself tasks that must be completed before I move on to do something else each and every day!!
It's working pretty well for me so far my friend! :-)
I think it’s all about what works for you 😊 Having a planner has made me see how much time I waste daily which is sad to be honest
Yes, Letina! That's the only way to get things done! For those that want one, The Ziglar Corporation has a great planner.

For my workday, I do have teams, but I actually have a vertical list of items with time next to them to keep my on track for my day. I plan my week with all my calls as templates and also a small list below with must do items. The rest of my day is in shambles but I'm doing productive things here and there but need to be optimized LOL
Yesterday I didn’t utilize my planner and I scrolled social media all day. I did nothing productive. I read. But as far as my website or my social media for my website I did nothing productive. Today I have definitely made up for that BUT I used the planner LOL
It is definitely my new best friend lol
