Hi WA members,

I'm sharing 10 tips to happiness and productivity.

1. If you’re a morning person get up early. You’ll have plenty of energy. you’re positive and inspired to start your work. You’ll have time to exercise, and contemplate.

2. By doing less, your life won’t be frantic and full of stress. You’ll have time for pleasure, time for your love ones, and time for life itself. You become more productive by focusing on important tasks.

3. Be patience and keep your temper down. Rushing to accomplish a lot will stress you.

4. Find your passion and do the things you love. You will love your work and spend more time with it.

5. Exercise every day. It’ll make you feel better as well as lose your weight.

6. If you think positive it will lead to more positive things.

7. Making your life simple will increase the happiness in your life. Commit less and simplify your work space.

8. Plan 3 important tasks each day and finish them before starting another task.

9. Maintain focus to achieve your goals. Have a copy of your goals visible to serve as a reminder.

10. Enjoy the simple pleasure of life...watching the sunrise and sunset. Enjoy the beauty and abundance of nature.

These are all great goals! Taking things slow and being patient is definitely important. I like to write out want I want to get done before the next day. Usually my list exceeds five things or more. Taking walks can also be a very relaxing thing.

These are great suggestions and they make a lot of sense. You have to prioritize your tasks so you will meet whatever deadlines there are (like paying bills, etc.) Also put some real thought into what should be your most important goals to to achieve before moviing on to the goals.
