Not coming easy this weekend

So I lost a whole day yesterday. Apparently I needed a break. So I took one.

I don't have money to do anything, so I sat on my butt in front of the TV and spot cleaned all day. I still can't sit still, so I sit for 15 minutes, get up to clean, sit, clean.

I feel the same day coming on, and I need to be blog productive today.

I need to complete this next site so I can develop them for awhile before I create my 3rd website.

I know I won't always be this pressed to create content.

I already have my publishing schedule set for when I'm finally done developing all of the websites I have planned.

Everything seems so far away this weekend. I feel like I am standing still. No, I feel like I have gone backwards, even though I know, that's not logically possible.

OK - I only have 2 goals for the next 2 days.

  1. Finish my homework by tonight.
  2. Complete set up on my latest website.

Here I go!

And off to the races you go! I hope you are able to accomplish all you need this weekend and that you can feel less disquieted. Rest your mind, not just your body, herbal tea maybe?

It is easy to go overboard on a new endeavor, especially when one is hurting for money, but it does not set one back to step back for a day or two and do other things, it does bring you back stronger and usually with the ability to see things you didn't think about or notice before the break. You've been going gangbusters, so don't get down about a few days off. :)

You sound like someone full of energy and bounce. We all need break and sometimes the body tells you so. And guess what after a good break you achieve much more in a short time.

It's just a temporary brain lapse, if it's any consolation I experienced something similar last week. I'm now back to the drawing board and raring to go.

Ahhhh. Finally. http://buildingabetterblog.com/blog

I have to go back and reread it. But will do it tomorrow when I have a fresh mind on it.

Let's see what else I can do today....

Good luck! Feelings of overwhelm--I just hate that. Tends to leave me paralyzed. So, well done staying productive. You definitely sound like you're being productive, not standing still.

And spot cleaning to boot! That's inspiring!

It's good to take a break Beth if you need one. Just don't wear yourself out managing three websites at once. Good luck :) Beverley

That's the most important, is setting up goals. that way you know exactly what is it you are going to do, its gives you motivations!!!

Its the writing :( Nothing is coming out.

sometimes we have to step away to brainstorm. have you visited similar sites lately for inspiration or ideas? That is something that I normally do when I get stuck with my content

UGH! To you as well. It's funny because I realized the post I have been stuck on is about keeping content personal.... Which has spun an article on writing quality content and avoiding the posting for money thing. sigh.

At least I have the topic for my next post.

I know how you are feeling, I have spent two days trying to write and nothing is coming out. Good Luck :o))

It's always okay to visit similar sites to get inspiration and ideas. the internet is filled with resources that will help us in our writing. search your keywords, use the google alphabet to come across some similar sites.
Hope this help, keep me updated. I'm here to help you in anyway I can.
