Since I changed the name servers to WA my email is not working? How can I fix this?
if this is with your old hosting then no it won't you willl need to recreate it here
goto websites>.sitemanager>>site email and create hte email address...
if it is here then you will need to talk to sitesupport....
but when you say not working, there are various stages of not working...

I check credentials and if all okay and still not working, I contact site support.
Sometimes when we copy and paste passwords it tends to add a space beginning or end or try typing it and see you can. If that's not the issue I submit a ticket to site support.

As Phil says, you need to set up your email on WA: Setting Up A Domain Specific Email Account Email set up is not automatic even though you are hosting your site here.

Hi - how long has she been a starter member? If starter members don't upgrade to premium after 6 months, then their website is deleted.

Hi sent a test email from wa mail and it's not arrived? How long does it take? What's the server?
Hi Sarah,
Sending emails should leave instantaneously. If the email has not been received, it's usually due to a configuration issue or an incorrect email address. Check your Sent folder to see if it has indeed been sent. Also, if the email bounced for any reason, you would usually receive a return email indicating that there was a problem sending. It would cite the reason as well such as no such address exists, etc. If that didn't happen, check your configuration settings for sending mail. You can also have Support help you with this.

It shouldn't take that long depending on your email provider have you checked the spam folder and not to insult but double check who you sent it to
Have you used WA’s Webmail or have you added the Email Account to a Client such as Outlook or your Mobile Phone / Tablet etc?
