Aimless life they live without meaning. We use purpose, gives direction and sets our Actions.Target can have two faces preserve the existing target or goal lead change.

Preserve the status quo means to continue to be healthy, to make money to live and so on. Preserving what there is no progress, there is stagnation, no enthusiasm and there is a risk of deterioration back .Lose the existinge

Lead change means to advance, promote, innovate, improve, be healthier, richer happier.

When I decide to exercise my strengths, discover my strength, improve the performance I need to set the targets.

Setting a goal is:

Its Mine and my responsibility -not of my parents, not teachers, not members.

Clear and Exciting - its creates in me the joy and enthusiasm to benefit myself.

Achievable- it reinforces my confidence in my capabilities and my power.

Consistent with my values- it is based on what I believe and think is right and good fit.

By setting the goal:

I start the first step to achieving better desirable situation found.

I am free to decide for myself and myself.

I set a benchmark to guide my actions and acts.

The goal will be hanging in front of my eyes and will be a catalyst for propulsion, action and movement.

The goal should be careful that you do not substitute expectation. Expectation does not require deeds and actions that can lead to disappointment when it does not Realized.

goal remains stable even when difficulties or failures and that gives power to Continue.Goal always Directed to long-term, so it is a big hope for real change and renewal.

The goal can not be temporary or replaced depending on the circumstances. Temporary and relax hands and give external events that do not depend on me and affect me.

Is the aim should be used for the satisfaction of lust? Not at all. Humen will never satisfy his lust. Lust is the constant desire to make to do to want more.

When the goal is achieved it is a deployment of higher-order goals.
