the more speedily I respond to their feedback, the better quality my account and webs
I'm not sure I understand your title, "... change the quality"? You always want high quality articles.
As for frequency it should be consistent no matter what the time between articles is.
Oh, sorry. Hard to understand.
So many concrete articles may be annoying to many people, I think.
"Quality" means that
it is easy for us to trace the logical structures of articles.

Frequent harmony in consistent update will make us good.

To me everyone should have a to-do as to how they will spend their day. This to-do list can be imaginary or written down.
CAUTION: Don't stuck your to-do with so much stuff if you want to use one everyday.

I wanted to know the degree.of update frequency.
Maybe, when I get used to posting,
I use some website links in the articles.
But, so far, too complicated articles won't be uploaded.
