To cancel take the following steps:

Click on your profile image in the upper-left corner here.
Select Account Settings.
Click on Membership.
Click on Stop Billing & Cancel My Account.

Everything is done on-line -- simply go to your Profile>> Account Settings>> Subscription Settings>> Billing/Membership/Payment and simply complete the prompts and /or here's a post for you as well .... all the best .... Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing
