How to Live Long Life – Things That Are Rarely Talked About
Did you know that people who are grateful live longer? According to scientific research on ‘how to live long life, '’ there is a strong association between gratitude and an individual's well-being.
To be more specific, Robert Emmons conducted a research focused on the subject of gratitude “wanting what we have.” His research findings showed that ''people who regularly practice grateful thinking can increase their “set-point” for happiness by as much as 25 per cent.’
This is just 1 example of similar researches carried to establish the relationship between gratitude and other factors which include our SUCCESS.
Personally, I think once you go past the phase of being grateful, the stage of living your dream will be within reasonable reach.
As we are coming close to the end of 2018, a year we may have encountered some big wins and losses, it is now a perfect time for us to take a reflection of our lives. There is a vast range of things we are grateful about. It can be anything stemming from our personal or business experiences.
It is very important that we celebrate and be grateful for whatever comes our way be it our accomplishments, lessons or failures. Let's not take our experiences lightly because they play a significant role in shaping us to be who we are today and in the future.
What are you most thankful for?
I am thankful for being given the opportunity to follow my dream - to build my internet business so that I become the boss of my own, doing what I love doing. So, far I have built stunning websites and created loads of content. Apart from keeping me busy, my internet project has kept my brain active. And this is transforming my life in a big way.
I am extremely thankful for the steady progress of my internet business and for it to have come this far. Not forgetting the all-rounder support (coming from all directions) I get including support from the WA community. A community comprised of diverse people who are ALL looking for the same things.
It's a rare thing that people get this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals from all over the world. So, I’m very thankful for getting access to the world's most advanced resources.
Someone once wrote, ‘the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your relationships ..... the quality of your business is no different’ I am thankful for the relationships I have established with fellow business entrepreneurs at WA.
I am grateful for my family members who are always there for me and helping out.
I am thankful for the lessons I have learned from the mistakes I have made during my training. I have learned how important it is to give my old content some fresh breath of SEO Air. Basically, constantly revising all my work to give it the best chance.
Now that I have listed a handful of things I am most thanful of, I believe I am on my way to living a long life and ultimately living my dream.
