Why does it seem hard to write like you talk? I'm working on my initial content for my pages and I find myself thinking too much at times. I speak easily and naturally in person, but while writing, I find I'm concentrating too much on punctuation, spelling, sounding natural. It's frustrating, so what I started to do was just write and go over it all a little later with fresh eyes. That seems to work, but I still find something doesn't sound right or I'm redoing it all over again...ugh!! Anyone else having the same issue and if so, what are you doing to remedy this OCD lol?

Thanks Kat...sounds good, maybe I'll consider that if I continue to have issues.

You could get yourself a voice to text program. The one I am familiar with is Dragon Naturally Speaking. There are others. Talk away, it will type automatically and you can edit later. Good luck!

Jozeph cracks everyone up...thought this might make you smile. Practice makes you awesome : )

Comedic relief ...because the struggle is real. ; )

English is my second language. Even if I was university schooled, still having a hard time when writing, to make it grammatically correct. I heard that there is now an app to ease writing challenge. You are not alone.

I hear that Grammarly is what some folks are using.

Thanks so much, Coney, sometimes it's like a second language to me too lol, especially when writing!

I just wrote a blog about this the other day. I find it extremely hard to stop thinking about all the things I was taught in school. I will say it gets easier the more you write. I started by throwing in little stories. Write like you would say it and go back and fix it later. You could get someone else to fix the grammar and punctuation. They are somewhat disconnected. I don't think there is a right way. Just lots of practice.

Soooo true and that's what I've been kind of doing...thx (and I originally wrote "kinda doin" lol,....southern dialect....ugh!
