Hi Yvonne. I wish there was something that other members could help you with here, but this is an issue that you have to deal with Kyle on. I know he gets swamped and sometimes it does take a few days to hear back. Give it another day or so and if you hear nothing, send another message. Your message might have gotten lost in the shuffle. :)

I have sent 5 emails in 2 weeks, I think that Kyle should have responded, I had up until now always intended to return to WA in August (after my tour) but now this makes it very difficult for me to have trust in WA, If Kyle is reading this please contact me regarding taking payment from my account on 4th May (after instructing you to terminate my account 3 weeks ago)

So when was the last time you paid the monthly fee? 5th of April? Makes sense to be paying for the month ahead. Not sure why payment would be required in may unless you are required to give one months notice
No, actually I joined around December, and due to a hospital stay next week of 3 months I requested a termination a few weeks ago and note that my next installment is 4th May and WA will terminate my account on the 5th a little unfair dont you think, anyway, I will give Kyle or Carson a platform to respond before I go any further.

& if so why, I am trying to access Webmaster Tools and it wont allow me carry out any activities, until I verify ?

My new website is Karatbars.ie I have pointed it to the servers at WA, and I have been checking every day no (8 days) and I cant find it in Google. Can you assist.
It takes Google a few days to get your site found. If you click on the siterubix button on left, then click manager, it should show you your site specs, and weather you are indexed. Start writing posts, and keep going with the training. The more content is on your page, the happier Google is. Just keep going they will find you. If it was me I wouldnt get rid of the homepage I would fill it with useful posts!
I don't remember how long it took google to index my site but I think it took a few days after I started adding content. Your site has an about me page, a privacy policy page and 1 article. You also have created a Home page at the top that is empty. I'm taking a wild guess here but if google is thinking that is your home page. they might not index an empty site. Get rid of that home page, your home page is the page where your posts go when you create them
While in Wordpress, Go to the All In One Seo in left Toolbar and scroll down. You will see Webmaster Verification. You need to go to Google Webmaster Tools and add site. Get Verification code. I use other and Copy and paste Meta tag, but you only need the part that is usually between " marks. Then see if you can find your Site.
