Go into your current domain back office and
go to Tools and click on Export.
Be sure to select All Content and click Download Export File.
Save the backup to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
Then go into the back office of your new domain and go to
Tools and click on Import.
Scroll down to WordPress
Install Now | Details
Click install and follow directions.

Hello Yung, it's a few years since have actually added Google AdSense to a website, but it doesn't look like this has changed much and I agree with what Eric says.

Typically 3 or more days after you've implemented the codes to your website.

Hi, when you go into your WordPress back office select Appearance/Customize. You should see Site Identity and there are 2 fields. The one is for the name of the site and the other is a Tag line which you can use to give a sub-title of the site.
The actual description of the home page can be done when you create the home page and at the bottom you'll see meta title and meta description. This is where you can add a 320 word description of the site.
