Hey folks,

Dropping in with a few quick ideas to help you get exposure and also help you fill out your pages faster as your blog and brand grow.

One thing that seems to hit a lot of members hard is most of us find our point of traction in 8 to 16 months with around 200 posts on our blogs. If you are pressed for money it seems like a steep investment in the meantime as you likely subsidize your membership with funds that are already in low supply.

Traction happens around that 200 post mark because a few things must happen for the world to really know and trust you.

~ You need to build content for readers.

~ Google Needs to find that content

~ Google must choose where it fits and assign a quality score called authority.

~ You must build social signals, to help Google see how humans react to your content.

~ Your name must get known in your niche as an expert.

It can be tough finding shortcuts to any of that but here are a few boosters to consider.

WA is a great place to find other niche bloggers in your niche. Building a network among yourselves is a great start but more importantly if you can find the resonating energy to co-op content with them you can start amplifying your clout.

By aggreeing to terms to syndicate content on each other's blogs or basically agree to write even 1 post a month for each other though weekly is better, you can show citations for having been published on other industry sources while building valuable inbound linking from your author bio.

By doing this you also get in front of their audience as well as your own and likewise they get to show off to the people who read your blog as well.

If you write a post a week for 4 other bloggers you get a post from each on your blog as well so time lost generating your content is none. You can also bank on what I call the Newspaper Affect by having a group of expert contributors who frequently post on your publication.

In addition you will feel challenged. This challenging situation will compell you towards better posts, the partnership will also bear accountability. If you want them to write you too must write.

As your clout and authority grow your rankings will also grow and your content stockpile as well. This will lead to earnings, and those earnings can be used for hiring a VA or Virtual Assistand who can do task ranging from post research to even writing SEO content. By leveraging more 3rd party content you free yourself up while still amplifying your blogs voice.

FORUMS and Social Media

If you do social media create a tribe around your content. You are there to get heard and you need pages and groups to build captive audience. Don't forget to like, comment and share the works of others in your niche as this will get the reaction of many doing the same in reciprocation. Social media is not one sided.

Be sure to select at least a coupe of niche forums related to your blog content. Forums contain experts and experts build fast authority making inbound links from forums great for SEO, exposure of your ideas on forums great for branding, and other experts will offer to write a post or syndicate on your site with no return request as well.

When I had my gardening forum we leveraged a lot of people with shared interest putting in a ton of content to generate my first commissions ever. Later this lead to me starting a more general social network and that became a partnership that grew a social media and web search hybrid to over 3 million monthly page views as well as my blog at the time to another 1.7 million page views.

Leveraging other people's content can be the ultimate propeller both in early days and in scaling up that stops you from going mad with going it all alone.

How do you find other people related to your niche within WA? I never see anybody talking about their interests.

I see them in live chat but if you go to the give-and-take comments thread and share your content with the intent thread you will see blogs with similar niches and can follow those users. As a paid member you can send them a Private Message and see where it leads.

I'm sorry, but where is the give and take comments thread? I've never heard of that before.

The way it works is you offer 2 to 3 comments on other people's posts then drop your link asking others to comment on yours.

OK, thank you!

Amazing info. Thanks for sharing

Hey IncomeLegion,

Great advice on leveraging other people's content to boost blog growth! Building a network with niche bloggers and co-op content syndication can amplify your reach and authority. Engaging in social media tribes and niche forums creates valuable backlinks, exposure, and opportunities for content partnerships.

Keep up the fantastic work, and may your blog soar to new heights!

Best wishes,

Thank you for the kind words, Major blogs like Mashable and Huffington Post have come from leveraging content, and look at Facebook with nearing 4 billion members and around 1.2 billion daily page views.
