I have a real estate license here in Tampa FL, and I wondered selling homes is too broad of a niche, if I decide to go for it, what will be considered a niche

You should check out the training from Jay in Local marketing.. That is covered here too. Jay is our live training Chief if you havent met him already. He has about 7 hours of live training in this subject. Local SEO 2018: 1st Steps to Ranking Hope that helps you out too.

That's only one of them there are quite a few of them just go into the live training tab left and type in local seo etc in the past training section they will all come up for you then.

I have made this month alone from a local website £5,700. I did that and earned a lot more since.

Not only that you have the real estate license. Take your business to be above all else. With the training you get in SEO and you must not forget the cert training nor the boot camp.
They all help too. With the free Jaaxy lite tool we have also. You watch how you can be the lead in what you do. That means taking over the top pages in Google. It can happen and you will do it.
Along with jays Live training you must and should carry on with training in the two sections we have here boot and cert training. They are so important. Don't miss any of it and soak up as much as you can.
Looking forward to seeing you get there in the first pages of google.

So yes ... you should narrow it down a bit ... for example foreclosures ... or foreclosures in a given geographical area ...

You don't need any "official" licenses or degrees to build a niche website.

"Real Estate" is too broad - focus on a type of of person.
What's the real estate person looking to do?
Flip houses?
Accumulate rentals?
Fix up their own house?
Become a real estate agent in high-end markets?
You could also build a website about a certain area, like "Beach Front Properties California".
That's the answer I was looking for, thank you, I'll see what I can come up with since I have the license as well
Nathaniel has also given you a superb answer he is a very super successful entrepreneur here for sure. Well worth taking on board everything he tells you. That guy is super clever.
