Your pictures as very good. If you have not joined pinterest yet you may look into it. My wife is on it all the time. With your creative nature you could gain quite the following I would imagine.

Like it very much. I like the way the posts are just showing the first sentence or so and you can click to read more. Cannot figure out how to do that on mine.

Thanks! :) I was also figuring out on how to do it before but I think it depends on what theme you are using.
I am still thinking on what best approach to do with regards to monetizing it, for now I am focusing on the traffic first :)
