It's funny, I see this question asked all the time on chats and posts. When someone asks this question, the room goes silent. Why?
What is it that people really want to know when they ask this question? It's not "Have YOU Made Any Money With Wealthy Affiliate". The real question people want to know is, "Will This Work For ME or Am I Wasting My Time and Money".
What's In It For Me?
Isn't this what you really want to know? I want to make money, I want to build my online business. I want it so how can I get it or is this just another gimmick to take my money.
No matter what you choose to do or how you choose to pursue it, the final outcome to determine your success or failure is entirely up to you. The ultimate outcome of your success is not determined by what program you buy or what book you read, it is determined by what you do to make your dreams a reality.
Wealthy Affiliate Is Not A GET-RICH-QUICK Program
Keep this in mind whether you choose to join Wealthy Affiliate or not, this community is not a place for you to get-rich-quick. There is no such thing, no matter what you have heard, to getting-rich-quick. I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but it just doesn't happen.
Wealthy Affiliate is a University, a community, a support group, and a tool that can and will enable you to achieve success in your online business venture. You can learn how to start, build, and grow your online business but it does not guarantee you success. Nothing can guarantee your success but you.
Learn and Grow
Your ultimate success or failure is based upon what you do, what you learn, what you implement in to your business.
Becoming a member of Wealthy Affiliate is truly one of the best decisions I have ever made. There is so much information, training, resources, tools, and support within this community is has definitely helped me to become a better person and significantly improve my online businesses.
Success Is Not Only Money
Your ultimate success in anything should not just be determined by how much money it makes you, but also what has it done to improve your current situation.
Too many people focus on how much money it can make me rather than how can it teach me to make money. If you take a serious look at where you are now and where you want to be, is what you are currently doing going to help you get there? If it is really going to help you get to your final destination than why are you not on your way? Are you even close, really?
The key to your ultimate success is by not only focusing on money but also focusing on what you learn and how you grow. If you are not learning and growing, your success will not happen. You need to find and utilize things that will help you achieve your end results. You need to set some goals and make a plan.
What other success have you achieved along the way? Have you learned something new that has made an impact in the direction you are headed? Have you learned something about how you were approaching thing wrongly that has effected your ultimate outcome? Have you found out why what you have being doing isn't working?

What you do with what you have available is what makes you a success or failure. Do not think for one minute you are wasting money on some new gimmick or some new get-rich-quick program. You have access to one of the best training resources I have seen yet.
Wealthy Affiliate University is just that, a teaching program. Like any University or training facility everything is at your disposal to learn and grow but it is entirely up to you what you do with the information and how you implement what you learn that will lead you to your ultimate success.
Keep an open mind, make a commitment to yourself that you will do whatever you need to do to achieve your success, learn and grow both yourself and your business, take things one step at a time, lay out your goals and make a plan, and congratulate yourself for successes along the way.
Money will come but you have to be patient. Allow things to happen, and they will, if you continue to work on yourself and your business. Success can not and will not happen overnight, continue to learn, grow, and develop and you will find what you are looking for.

Whether I am making money on WA or not should mean nothing to anyone else. We are all different and so we all go about things in slightly different ways even when following the same course.
I am now coming to the point where I am going to start monetizing my blog, so I am not making money yet, but that is still to come.
If after following the course, you are not making money themn I would say you are doing something wrong. All the training is here, so go ahead and use it.

Okay, I'll play the antagonist here.
I don't think it is an unreasonable question, and here is why. We all are doing this to build a business. A business generates revenue. At some point, your efforts have to create income. Who here can say they didn't join to make money?
Is it a fair question to ask someone who is six months in? Probably not. What about someone who is 12 to 24 months in. I think so.
The premise of "Sucess is not only money" is true. A site that generates $0 a year may be a success story, Perhaps it has helped countless people in some way that is simply awesome, but that's not a business. That's a charity.
Your point is right on. We are all here to make money.
What I am trying to get across with this article is exactly what you said, you have to give it time to grow and develop.
Another key point is that you have to not only learn but also to implement the changes and actually work on your business in order to grow.
It is fair to ask someone if they are making money, sure, but ask the right people, ask the people who have actually done the work and can show you that there is success in what you do.
There are plenty of success stories from those who have actually done it and there are plenty of failure stories from those who have not.
Wealthy Affiliate is simply a tool you can use to develop yourself and your business. Using the right tools, following the right plans, and commitment to your project are the only way you can create something great.
Every thing you said is true. We need patience, hard work commitment and positive attitude towards our business. We should not look up be causing we are not heading that way. A SCAMMER can only make over night. Remember the OLD saying: ROME IS NOT BUILT WITHIN A DAY.

This is all so true. We are working to build our own empire and what we want and do put into it will result in our own outcome. I like that is not a get rich quick scam. Simply because over time these will fizzle out. And I am in it for the long haul.
