Yes its ok, all in one SEO has their own sitemap feature which you should activate from the plugin settings.

Hi - yes, you can, but you would need to add the details of your new site to your existing Amazon account.
ah ok so as long as both of my websites offer things that can be found on the affiliate programs site (I don't have to do anything?)
