Another Page Indexed By Google and a Question

11/26/19 I found that my True Story about "My Grandma, My 1st Ghost Sighting" got indexed :D
However it also got me thinking and now I have a question about indexing, if you decide at some point you want to change the title of said page does it have to start all over and get "unindexed" or anything or does it stay indexed forever whether you change the title or not?
