Spend Some Time with Others!
I started off on this WA journey focusing mainly on myself, because I really wanted to get to the money fast. I am being very candid because that is what's brought most of us here. I would like to suggest that you go to the market, not necessarily to sell and make money: take time to window shop even though you know what you want. You may see something better in quality and purpose; you may bump into a friend you haven't seen in ages or you could meet a total stranger and strike up a conversation on something that can become an idea for your niche online! You might decide to go into a bookshop and browse the titles and get even more ideas. As you sit down to a meal, snack or drink, someone may join your table and you find you have children going to the same school or college. At the end of the day, though you may not buy anything or make any money on your time at the mall, you will return home with a mind refreshed with interesting value added to your life experiences.
I now make an informed effort to dedicate some time getting to know my WA site better and "meeting" friends and family members of Wealthy Affiliate! I've learned to look at this not as time wasted, but a time to open my mind to the time spent with others with kindred purpose and intent. I may not necessarily gain monetarily and immediately, but it's definitely time well spent to enhance my experiences and hopefully, those of others. Happy browsing!

Meeting people and talking, whether in real life or online, definitely gives you new perspectives :)
Hey Jude! Thanks for the encouragement. Been gone a while but I intend to be back "in full swing"! This is an experience I can't afford to fail in and I'm sure there will be well-wishers like you to keep me motivated. Thanks for being there.

It's a great philosophy and I totally agree! Nice post Awinda!
Hey, Robin! I took a bit of a break and now I'm back. I think I was doing it too much and got to burn out and a touch of frustration that things weren't working as they ought!
I'm ready to give it another go.
Thanks for your agreement. I mean to write another post one of these days; had been afraid early on but now realise that with encouragement from the WA family, things get to be so easy.
