Steps to Success

It's been a few short months since I joined Wealthy Affiliate. I came into WA with some blogging experience and knowledge about affiliate marketing. I think training has reinforced many of the lessons I had already learned while exposing me to new ideas that can pay dividends in the future.

So far, I like the way the lessons are structured with specific tasks to complete before moving on to the next one. You can't just skim your way through and advance. You actually have to take concrete steps that serve to reinforce the lesson just learned.

I had already decided on my niche before I got here and had an existing blog with a few dozen posts that I imported onto my WA hosting. But, I used to have a haphazard posting schedule; well, no REAL schedule. I like that the lessons required me to make more posts on my blog. It has probably led to the shortest time frames between additional posts to my blog since I first started.

What I really find appealing about WA are the world-class tools we have to make our blogging more effective. In my estimation, Jaaxy alone is worth the price of Premium membership. Anybody who has been marketing online for more than two minutes has been introduced to the importance of keywords in their marketing efforts. I had been searching for some time for a product like Jaaxy. I have no doubt, whatever success comes of my WA experience (and I'm hoping that's BIG success) much of it is going to be attributable to Jaaxy.

But, it's not just Jaaxy. I also like the idea that members help each other out by commenting on blog posts. I find myself spending a lot of time on SiteComments. I find it interesting reading about what others are blogging. Many times what I've read has given me ideas for my own articles. I also like to think I leave pretty good comments :-)

I look forward to what WA holds in the next three months and the months that follow.
