What are we supposed to do if we receive multiple SiteContent Interest Match emails and they are for the same post? Clicking on "Ignore Site" messes with our WA "skip rate" tha
Hi - you are not obliged to do the comments if you don't want to. The emails are just a courtesy message to let you know that a comment is available if you are interested.
You should only get topics that you have ticked off as the one that are inside your interests :)

I have never had this experience so maybe it is a bug and you should follow Abie's suggestion before.
Doesn't seem right that you would get multiple interest match emails for the same post.
