In business you need to know your market. If you know the statistics (the numbers) you will be better armed to make decision. I have been researching social media. Here are YouTube user statistics for the top 15 user countries. These are active users numbers based on on 1st Quarter 2016.

I have presented them here two way as I know different people relate to different styles.

I am not going to draw any conclusions from these numbers, I will be posting the other major social media over the coming week or two. You may find them useful in your own planning.

Remember the numbers are the numbers and the devil is in detail. There are a lot of numbers bandied around the internet and they can be wildly different. The numbers depend on the method used to compile them. While these ones are from an industry source (see below), I am personally treating them as a "guideline".

It was interesting to see Brazil, Russia and Japan on the list some opportunities there for marketing.

Yes Alexander .. if one has the language skills, there is a lot of opportunity in those markets.
