One of the basic elements of having a business is having a Business Plan. Sometimes that can be a daunting task. For many of us here on WA a simple one is both a good place to start and it also maybe all that you ever need.
I use a "One Page Business Plan" from the guys at 100StartUp. It can clarify your thinking and make moving forward more easy. The resource* is http://100startup.com/resources/business-plan.pdf
It covers:
- Overview of what you are doing
- How you are getting customers
- How you will monetise
- Your criteria for success
- Obstacles/challenges and solutions
