One of the basic elements of having a business is having a Business Plan. Sometimes that can be a daunting task. For many of us here on WA a simple one is both a good place to start and it also maybe all that you ever need.
I use a "One Page Business Plan" from the guys at 100StartUp. It can clarify your thinking and make moving forward more easy. The resource* is http://100startup.com/resources/business-plan.pdf
It covers:
- Overview of what you are doing
- How you are getting customers
- How you will monetise
- Your criteria for success
- Obstacles/challenges and solutions

Completing this business plan certainly focuses the mind....so many business plans go into far much detail and you get bogged down. Thanks for the heads up on this simple one page plan.
