If you plan your day before the day is started you will find that your day will be organized and everything will just fall into place, why does this work? It works because you have taken the time to organize yourself and prioritize the important things that have to be accomplished for that day, once you have your days

planned and organized your next step is to plan your week before the week has started and from there you go to planning your month before the month has started . Once you have mastered the art of planning your days weeks and months over time you will have mastered the skills of planning your own life, you life now

becomes the plan of a bigger design your goals for each day week and month have become the part of he big picture, what is more important than being the designer of your own life?. Yes it is going to take discipline but once you have accomplished this you will be called a master and you will be viewed as a

master of time, time is the most valuable commodity that we possess and if we want to live a life of value then we must do what is necessary to become masters of our life time and goals. It's amazing when you think about it because most of us understand the importance of mapping out the strategies for a football

baseball or soccer game but very few of us take the time to create a plan for our own life. Get yourself a large note book and entitle that note book my plan for life start today do it daily and in time you will see that you life's dreams are now reality and your life has become the big picture.

Hi William. I always used to write a to do list for what I'd to accomplish on my computer every day. I stopped a couple of weeks ago and now I notice that I am accomplishing less on a daily basis.I'm starting my to do list again tomorrow. I'm an organized person and like things just so when possible.

Yes William, I will always remember these words, ... "If you fail to Plan, You Plan to fail. It is true that to stay focused, one must have a simple way to do this on a daily basis, and if you should implement this every evening before you go to bed every night, and when you wake in the morning, read it again and follow it, and not necessary in the order you wrote it down. I would take an a5 card with this in my top pocket. (I had them printed for me by my local printers). I will also tell you about another card I used when I was in Sales in South Africa.

My first card was A5 with numbers 1 to 6 on the left with 2/3 lines for each number.
Example:
# 1. Must buy a birthday card / present for my wife.
# 2. Call mike to say thanks for refferal.
# 3. Make 2 confirmed appointments to see new customers about my product ...
# 4. Make changers to my website's landing page for improved impact.
# 5. Pick up son from school at 5 after soccer game.
# 6. Take Action for my new website, watch Training on Video 1 again

Your 6 things, .. "To Do List" wil be different every day, and on the blank side (Opposite side" would be things that come to mind that I pick up during my day going about meeting new people and new challenges. Some day's you may have 4 and other day's you may have 10, the idea is to remind your self to keep on top of things.

My Second card was more tailored for my Sales. Being a professional Sales person after leaving the Military and I enjoyed the freedom of writing out my own pay cheques every week / Month. This A5 card was called "WHO DO YOU KNOW" and I always kept hundereds in my car and would keep at least 20 in my brief case, and anyone a gave a presentation to about my product or service I would have this card in my top pocket with the words visible to the person I was talking to. (I would make sure he could read these words) These words were in BOLD and large enough to read it from 10 meters away. Each card would have provisions for customers details, address, tel no's area and the name of this person who referred this person on the card also. I had a value I would pay out if this person bought from me (Referral Fee).
