A COMMUNITY WHERE WE HELP EACH OTHER SUCCEED

If you want your people to do their best work, you need to help them find their best self. That's what I am experiencing here at Wealthy Affiliate. A place that is warm and understanding to make you feel comfortable to ask for feedback and act on the suggestions given.

In my opinion, I'm going to pick out three major ingredients that makes Wealthy Affiliate a very good foundation to begin building your dream of success.

1. Warmth
2. Availability
3. Receptivity

Warmth feelings are frequently associated with my thoughts about people here. I say it's warm here because it shows a great deal on how people connect with you. When you are connected with friends or even your personal coach it seems as if their thoughts and attention are sincerely centered around you and that warmth draws each other together. It seems as if their earnest desire is to present something to benefit your growth. Warmth draws people like fire on a cold night.

Availability to lessons and mentors/coaching is always here. One thing I can really vouch for is your personal coach is here for you. No matter what you are struggling with, they will make sure they are there for you to get it right. The lessons are always there to go back to when you need them. Availability is also being there for each other when it truly matters the most.

Receptivity is what we all have to possess when becoming a part of a great community of business minded people. This community gives constructive opinions and provide needed help. Here, your receptivity is going to be tested and if you are committed to succeeding you have to have the openness to learn what it takes and how to get there. You need to have the ability and the will to take in information, opinions, ideas, and suggestions.
