Managing Your Time

Time is one of those things we never seem to have enough of. But we all make decisions about how we spend it and how we prioritise. Given that your head influences how you experience your life, taking care of it should be right at the top of that list.

Coffebreaks, hitting gym, whatever it is that makes the difference, these are the non-negotiables. They might not feel like it right now, but they are. Reminders like putting one on your phone can help you make sure you do the little things as well as the big things. For example, if you spend long times at your desk you could set a reminder to make sure you take breaks to get up and walk about a bit, maybe look out the window and stretch your back.

Time out is the essential thing, so get outside, go for a walk or a run, lie back with some music, read a book or spend time with your dog-give yourself that time and you will reap the benefits on here and in life in general.

Kind Regards

Trevor

Balance is the key item to any kind endeavor whether work, non- work, family and everything else you do. That makes planning extremely important. That's why some/more of the people drop out from WA. Probably because they don't want to make the decision to plan for it among all their other commitments. That is why time is so essentail.

Nice Post Trevor,

Isn't that a coincidence, I was just this moment writing a post connected with time and how we prioritise our actions in it.
Like you've suggested Trevor, we can't control time. Only what we do in that particular space.

Setting yourself challenges,... then rewarding yourself if you hit the mark. What says you?

All the best for your future endeavours.

Good words of wisdom. Everybody has the same amount of time - just some people are able to use it more effectively.

Dave.

Great tips Trevor. Thanks for sharing. Breaks help us to recharge.

We are Blessed.
