I have 1 day to transfer a website from Wix to WA. They need to have the IPS tag of WA to allow me to edit DNS. I cannot get this anywhere. My website has a .company tld. I wou

I cannot submit a ticket as the domain/site is not yet set up with WA. I need to get the DNS sorted before it shows as a site.
It is a bit of a catch 22 situation.

I would just select one of your other sites, if you don't have one just do make a free siterubix site and use that, but then tell them what's going on.

Using Marion Black's excellent tutorial, I followed all steps successfully until the part where WA sends an email with the standardised form of authorisation. Marion says that
