How do i get a support ticket?
If you can't leave a support ticket you can also go to either Kyle's or Carson's blog and let them know your problem there.
If you click on the blue "Build My Website" rectangle to the left of the screen there, it will take you to your admin page and at the top of the page you will see "Support Ticket" in the blue bar. Just click on that and follow the prompts.

Do as Ken says and see if the support people can help - but you are warned not to change the admin password. Hopefully you backed up your site and if you do have to start again it can be uploaded.
I remember the warning posted about changing the Admin password - if you forget it there is nothing anyone can do. Hope that's wrong for your sake.
