It's Your Time! What Are You Going To Do With Your Opportunity?
What Are You Doing?
Okay, we all know that there is a pandemic so we don't have to discuss the issues surrounding this devastating time in our lives. There's no reason to discuss how stressed you are with the unknown. The unknowns like will I have a job tomorrow, are we going to be faced with cut-backs, lay-offs, etc. We've seen these problems all around us. So my question is, "What are you doing about it?"
These times are an opportunity if you open your eyes. A lot of our economy is working from home on reduced salaries, opportunity! You have the opportunity to solve many problems. What is your business niche? Who are the people you want to help? Let's think for a moment. People are home which means there are more people online searching for ways to solve their problems, opportunity!
I Don't Know Where To Start
I can count on my hands, your hands, and our toes the many times that I've heard, "I don't know where to start!" Well, I can tell you in my frustration with all that is going on around me, I looked in the mirror one morning while shaving, and this thought hit me: I'm tired, I'm 65 years old, and now I'm "Doing Something For Me" starting now! That's where you start. Start thinking about yourself and what you want to do.
What Kind Of Shape Are You In?
I was in the mirror reflecting and examining my situation. I have a full-time job, work 4 10hr shifts as a manager (1630 hrs - 0300 hrs PLUS) with a 30 minute drive each way. Like many, I've experienced divorce and all that goes with that loss, I had to work two jobs when I lost my job through a merger, and I had a child to support until college. I've just experienced another life threatening experience a year ago, 23 January 2020, whereby CPR was applied to me as I was pronounced dead in my living room. All of this from another extreme respiratory malfunction. I'm trying to recover from the financial hit my family took as a result of all outside of insurance but, I'm still here for a purpose. What's your purpose in life? I still dream about where I'm going in life. I still have goals. What's your purpose? Live your dreams!
Are You Still Dreaming?
Are you dreaming is a fair question for you to ask yourself. Are you still trying to reach your personal goal? Let me guess, you've lost your confidence, your self-esteem, and you don't even have faith in your skills and abilities anymore. You're not alone unless you choose to be alone. You're not alone; you're 1 of the 16.2 million people who are in this state right now. You've lost your dream and you don't see anything positive in your sites soon. Why did you stop dreaming? Living a dream requires vision and lots of prior planning. If you want to seize this opportunity to turn things around in your life, ignite that fire again and start dreaming!
I Don't Know If I Can Do It
What do you mean, "I don't know if I can do it?" You did it once you can do it again! Overcoming your fear of failure and increasing your confidence will allow you to grasp the many opportunities while on your success journey. You just need a coach or mentor to help motivate, encourage, hold you accountable, and to help you start planning and believing in yourself again. So what do you do now? I say release the pain of the past and fear of the future and "Always Progress!" Draw your mark in the sand and decide to move forward step by step using your past experiences as your fuel to begin writing your new story. This is your time to help other people solve the problems that you've just conquered. If you're ready, found your niche, think you know your purpose, and need assistance then start right here and do it. Just remember to "Always Progress!"

Simone, this thing we call life is full of ups and downs, negatives, and positives. No one said it was going to be easy. I just know that we have all been given a superpower, gift or niche, that is unique to each of us to use. Mine is leadership in the personal development market. There's no reason to give up, and I am living proof! Thanks for your comments.
