Do You Gym it OR Work it from Home?
We all know that we have to exercise to keep our minds and bodies fit, but how do you work your body? I have a great way that I am working on and would love to share it with those who are looking for another way.

I enjoyed your blog...good suggestions. I liked the idea of different sized containers for portion control. The best exercise is routine is one that you do! Continued success. Debbie
Great post Vicky.
For me it has to be the gym. I've tried working out at home and have spent enough on equipment over the years. But I get too easily distracted into other priorities at home. Whereas when I am at the gym it is training time, I plug in some music or an audible book and just get stuck in.
Great review on BeachBody.com! I was there the other day and I agree. I've done P90X and I want to try when I'm feeling better Piyo...that looks like a great work out! I'm all about health and fitness as well!
Hello Mom,

Are you doing this one - you will be improving quickly. I rarely worked out with people - usually on my own - unless it was practice for a team sport - 30 plus years of rugby and the high school stuff. Running or working out was always a relaxing time in my mind - not my body. Keep up the good work.
