How to Find Priceless Content Ideas From Comments
The simple answer is: Be friendly and ask questions. You never know when a commenter might reveal something new to you and provide you with new content ideas to grow your business.
This can be done across a blog, YouTube channel, social media pages, etc...
The doors of opportunity go beyond this as other people will see that you're a real person and that'll encourage them to interact with you as well. The value of being friendly is priceless!

And indeed ... trying to get access to the 'locals' is always enriching.
Imagine visiting a city where you have never been ... alone or with a local who lives there and know every corner ... Day and Night difference.
Now I need to find a 'trick' to get the attention of these locals ;-)
