Still Determined
My website is www.learningwoodworkings.com. I have seen some of my articles on the internet. For example, I type in the search bar for SCBA Cylinder Lamp, and the first article is mine, under images of SCBA tanks.
My progress is still going, as I have created 20 articles since the beginning of July 2023. Now that I am working night shift, finding the time is hard, but I’m still as determined as ever. I’m concerned I need to do something different. I believe I need to create a page on Facebook because no one is commenting on the articles I post on my personal page. I realize, my friends and family are not the audience I need. Some of my friends and family are telling me they like my articles but they are not commenting . I am using Pinterest and have 380 views within 4 weeks. I was sitting at 415 views but dropped to 380 within a week.
I have Google AdSense running on my site, but I have noticed I have one article index. I was doing great but according to Google Site Kit, everything is spiraling downward.
I have learned to be more creative, making unique projects. I have made whiskey lamps, fire hose nozzle lamps, SCBA cylinder lamps, and wood projects such as charcuterie boards and a wedding band for my daughter’s fiancé.
My question is, should I create a page for my website on Facebook?
I am proud of what I have accomplished on my website. My close friends and family are cheering me onward.
My three-month goal is to find what my website needs to drive some audience to my site. My six-month goal is to have a YouTube channel live. A lot of my friends are telling me to start a YouTube channel.

I'm a huge proponent for YouTube. For me, YouTube was where I really found that connection with my audience. As I was in the very beginnings of my site I decided the articles would probably look even better with a corresponding YouTube video embedded inside them.
I started create YouTube content for each article I published and suddenly started seeing that YouTube content rank, get comments, and conversions.
Go for it!
That is a great idea. I have a lot of pictures but very few videos. Time to change!
