A synthetic chemical, artificial color can cause allergic reactions to children as well as hyperactivity and ADD.

3. BHA and BHT -

Additives like BHA and BHT have been associated with kidney and liver damage, hair loss, cancer, and behavioral problems.

4. Refined Sugar -

Sugar is found in most processed food. Consumed in high amounts, sugar can cause obesity, weight gain, migraines, fatigued, arthritis, cardiovascular disease and more.

5. Sodium Nitrate and Nitrate -

Nitrates are used to preserve meats. It's noticeable side effects are headaches, nausea, dizziness and vomiting.
