Huge Milestone - First Substantial Post Experience
I am writing this blog simply to document something that I thought would ever happen, and I am pretty ecstatic so I apologize for maybe sounding a little bit over the top.

You have to understand that I am not a writer or good with words, and it would probably take a half a lifetime to write anything substantial let alone 500 words. Yes, for most of you, it's probably a no-brainer. But not for this guy!!!
This morning like every morning I would say 'I know I need to blog, but what can I write about?' I mean, just anything! And each morning, nothing, blank. It felt pretty hopeless actually because I know that content is one of the key ingredients in being successful in WA.
Today I had a small idea, nothing too complex. I just started typing, and put down anything that popped in my mind even though it didn't flow. Just write it down and place it somewhere in the post afterwards. I typed out what the thought was about, told a short story that I thought applied, how I felt in the story, how it applied, typed out additional thoughts. Typed conversationally like I was talking to one of you.
Then something interesting happened. The thoughts started to form themselves! I had more thoughts than I could type out. It's like I had more to talk about than what I initially was thinking when I first started. It was an exhilarating experience! Truly a snowball effect kind of moment!
But I can't write! But this happened! Wow! So, to those who struggle with creating content, I say to you if this guy can do it, so can you!
Some key findings are:
1) Doesn't have to be Perfect - Start with a small idea. (Let me know if you need an idea).
Looking back I think that what was holding me back was that I felt I needed to know everything and that I needed to have it thought out before I typed, which will never happen. Now I think I have a greater appreciate to simply start, type and listen to yourself as you go through this experience.
2) Tell me a Story - Is there a story that gave you a similar experience
3) Dude, I'm Your Friend, Not a Client - Type like you talking to you friend
4) Start the Avalanche - Start typing, because as you type, you will start thinking of other related things. Type those out your thoughts while your typing your post out. These serve as additional things to mention in your post.
5) Courtesy Read Through - Edit and organize your thought afterwards. That really is the easy part.

Wow victor I know exactly that feels. As a non native in english, I always find it hard to write a content more than 1000 words.
A few days ago, it suddenly came to my mind about mindset traps (my niche is revolving around personal development) and when I start to type, everything begins to flow and building the content. I'm surprised that it reached 6000 word count, almost 5 times more than my other longest content !
