I suggest you first to go through a short and interesting test to check how well you can solve puzzles.
To learn how your brain works count the number of digits that are in this picture.
If you see more than 6 digits, you have a high level of abstract thinking, and your brain is working well.
If you see 4 or 5 numbers, your brain doesn't work in to its full capacity..
If you see less than 4 digits, it's no good...
To improve the brain work, use exercises.There are a lot of them online, and there are some of them in my earlier posts.
