Hey Gary,
What has been suggested for us in using our domain email is to forward the email addresses to a gmail account, where we can setup our domain emails to be used from within gmail.
Here's a video to show you how: How To Use Your Gmail Account For Your WA Email Addresses Hope you find this helpful.

Are the membership fees in US or CAN dollars?
Uh .... Might be in USD .. ''But", on my WA Premium pm't, I am always charged a "MasterCard Cross border fee", and a "MasterCard Currency Conversion Fee"
Any time you see the $ sign on the internet assume that it's US dollars. It's become the standard international currency. Unless the domain name ends in dot ca or dot com dot au.
To specifically answer your question, Wealthy Affiliate uses US dollars not CAN.

I already knew that... It's just showing SMTP setting information, not IMAP setting information.
Those are the settings for IMAP except for port numbers.
