Help Needed Please for Re-subscribing Member.
Hi Folks.
I have just been on Live Chat with a person who re-subscribed three days ago, but cannot get access to his account.
This person has tried to contact both Kyle and Carson, and hasn't received a response.
Do you know how to help this member, please.

Kyle responded to the issue in chat. Not sure if he saw the reply there, so I posted it on his profile page. Thanks for your help, Valerie. ~Jude

I'm so pleased it's resolved.
I don't know that he gets a message. He said that he cannot access his account. I've tried to log into his website, as he put the link in the chat. The message there is that the website is parked.
Its possible that there is a hosting issue with his website but is he having an issue logging into his wealthy affiliate account or logging into his website?
I'll give it a try Kerri. I'm not sure if they will respond to me about someone else. No harm in trying, I daresay.
I tried Site Support after receiving your message. They won't reply to me. The message I received from them was that my question would be sent to the community!
I am not sure exactly what the problem is Valerie. It could be a number of things. Are you able to connect with Kyle or Carson yourself? If so, then maybe you could act as a liasion, so to speak, to get this cleared up as soon as possible.

That's a thought. I have seen people on Live Chat who haven't been members. I don't know enough about how that works. This man posted his website on Live Chat, so I tried to access it and got a message that it is parked.
I'll send a PM to Kyle now.

Yes, I know he is a member. I have tried to contact Support but they don't accept my message other than sending it to the community. I had already done that.
