This is my first month with Wealthy Affiliate. I have immersed myself in the initial level of training with the intention of not missing a detail. I have built a website from nothing and am slowly building out my social network. I have posted over 15 articles totaling more than 20,000 words and am ranked on google. I have signed up for affiliate programs, learned to use Wordpress and even learned to manipulate a little HTML to put my affiliate links on my site. In less than three weeks I have learned to "fish" instead of constantly paying the fisherman to do it for me. For less than I spent the other day to take my friend out to dinner, I just created a business. Not just one business but a model that I can use to easily create other businesses. I know it is somewhat premature to post this as I have not had my first sale or my first comment from a person on my website, however, getting high enough up the ranks in google to be noticed takes time and patience, both of which I have. The point I am trying to convey is that with all the overpriced poor education I have received from "gurus" along the path of my life, it is hard to express what it means to me to have such a wealth of structure and knowledge with a clear direction and path for such a nominal cost. I was skeptical, as most people are, because it is rare to find anything that you purchase to be as good as advertised. From my experience, it appears to me that Wealthy Affiliate under emphasizes just how much they offer. They don't just offer hope like every other salesman you find on the internet or speaking at sold out hotel conference centers. They offer structure, a plan and support. I am in level four training and my task before I would move on was to write a post. I don't know if my ideas and niches will be successful. I don't ask for guarantees when I am taking risks, I ask for a structured plan and assistance and that is exactly what I am getting here in amounts more than I could have even imagined. Good luck to me and everyone else. I just can't express, no matter how far success is away, how much it means to have a plan and a model for success. Just imagine if it works! Brian
